My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic techniques, and mindfulness. In addition to working with individuals, I offer parent-focused therapy for caregivers who want to better understand relational patterns with their children and are open to engaging in their own internal work. Growth doesn’t have to be perfect— it just needs to be thoughtful and tailored to you.
